The concept was developed by chef Gitte Paulsbo for vegan Indian restaurant. Logo created by a collaboration between both, and the interior of the restaurant developed by Fatimah Mahdi. Considering the natural ingredients in vegan food and color of spices used in Indian food, while creating the layout of the interior. Since the restaurant is in a celler, the bright colors and the outdoor look is needed for a sense of lightness.
